Help buyers find the right pages on Google and Bing. We connect technical fixes, useful content and measurement in one plan, with a publishing workload and budget you can check before signing.
Start with a free introductory review. A full SEO audit costs $1,050–2,100 once. Core costs $2,100–3,500/month; Growth costs $3,500–5,600/month. Both monthly plans include the initial audit and start with a three-month engagement.
For one English-language website serving US buyers: B2B SaaS, professional services and focused business catalogs. One brand and one market. All prices are in USD, excluding applicable taxes.
Send your website and tell us what you sell. We review a small sample of public pages and explain the next three things worth checking or fixing.
Up to 3 public pages. Your home page, one service or category page and one supporting page.
Technical and content checks. Visible crawl barriers, titles, internal links, page content and a sample of search results for your offer.
3 prioritized recommendations. A short email with page examples, the reason each issue matters and the next action.
A manual first look, not a full crawl or confirmation of Google’s indexing status. No Search Console access, implementation, complete keyword map or ongoing tracking is included.
01 / Choose the work you need
An audit for a plan. A monthly team for delivery.
Choose the audit when your team can carry out the recommendations. Choose Core or Growth when you need research, writing, implementation and a monthly review in the same engagement.

On October 4, 2026, we checked 12 GEO and SEO pages in six languages: all 36 card prices matched their Offer markup. This audits our own offers, not average market prices or delivery costs. Totals exclude tax and agreed additional work.
We agree the priorities before choosing the monthly workload. If a template blocks important pages, fixing it can matter more than adding another article. The plan records what changed and who approved it.

What counts as a page?
One new URL or substantial rewrite, up to 1,500 words, with research, metadata, internal links, one simple visual when useful and two revision rounds. Publishing uses your existing templates. Small edits do not count as a full page.
What do technical hours cover?
Prioritized fixes to crawl access, redirects, canonicals, internal links, structured data and existing templates, plus validation. Larger development tasks need a separate scope. Tools we use to deliver the service are included.
See the total before choosing a plan.
Core · service fees$6,300–10,5003 × $2,100–3,500 USD
Growth · service fees$10,500–16,8003 × $3,500–5,600 USD
The initial commitment is 3 months.
Monthly range × selected months, at unchanged scope. This is a planning estimate, not a longer minimum term. Taxes and agreed extras are excluded. The initial audit is included; there is no separate setup charge.
03 / Delivery schedule
What happens in the first 90 days?
The first three months establish the baseline, ship priority changes and review the evidence. They describe our work, not a deadline for rankings or revenue.
Weeks 1–2
Find the constraint
Collect access, crawl the site, review search data and map priority queries to pages. Agree the backlog and baseline.
Weeks 3–4
Ship the first changes
Fix the agreed blockers and complete the first month’s page allowance. Validate the changes and record publication dates.
Month 2
Build and recheck
Publish the next pages, improve internal links and review search data. Growth outreach begins.
Month 3
Review and decide
Complete the third batch. Compare periods and page groups, accounting for seasonality. Agree the next priorities or a handover.
Work starts after payment, access and the brief are received. Client approval delays can move delivery dates. Three billing months are approximately 90 days; search engines set their own recrawl and evaluation schedules.
04 / Measurement
Visibility, visits and business outcomes.
A ranking alone cannot tell you whether the right buyers reached the right pages. We review three kinds of evidence together, with sources and limitations.
01
Search visibility
Search Console impressions, clicks and query/page groups; sampled keyword positions in an agreed country and device setting. Brand and non-brand searches are separated where the data permits.
02
Useful visits
Organic landing pages, engagement and paths toward an inquiry or purchase, using your analytics. Consent choices and tracking gaps can limit what is observed.
03
Qualified outcomes
Agreed conversion events and, when connected, CRM lead quality or sales. A form submission is not automatically a qualified lead; missing revenue data is reported as unavailable.
The report includes a change log and comparable date ranges. A change after publication does not by itself prove causation. We do not guarantee positions, traffic or sales. Google’s guidance on hiring an SEO →
05 / Boundaries
What needs a separate scope?
Quoted separately
Website rebuilds, migrations, complex custom development and work beyond the agreed hours
Additional domains, countries or languages; large catalogs and multi-location programs
Paid media, paid placements, photography, video and specialist research
CRM integrations and new analytics infrastructure beyond the agreed technical allowance
Local listing management and ongoing AI-answer measurement unless expressly added
Not sold as deliverables
Guaranteed first-page positions, traffic, qualified leads or revenue
A fixed number of earned backlinks or third-party publications
Paid links intended to manipulate rankings, fabricated reviews or mass-produced doorway pages
Unlimited writing, development or revisions
06 / Before we start
The commercial terms, in plain language.
Billing
USD, excluding applicable taxes. The audit is paid in advance; monthly plans are billed monthly in advance. No separate setup fee.
Commitment and cancellation
An initial three-month engagement, then monthly continuation. After the initial term, cancel with 30 days’ written notice. Fees for the agreed initial term remain payable.
Scope and approvals
The written proposal states deliverables, allowances, dates and the exact fee. Please provide one contact, access and product facts, and feedback within three business days.
Audit credit
If you buy the audit first and start a monthly plan within 30 days of delivery, the actual audit fee is credited against the first program invoice.
Ownership and handover
You retain your accounts and data. Paid-for content, change logs and audit deliverables are yours. Third-party tools remain subject to their own licenses.
SEO and GEO together
If you also use our GEO service, shared research, pages and technical fixes are scoped once. The proposal distinguishes SEO reporting from AI-answer measurement so the same work is not billed twice.
Questions about SEO pricing
How much does SEO cost with Neaptide?
The one-time SEO Audit is $1,050–2,100. Core is $2,100–3,500/month and Growth is $3,500–5,600/month. The first three months total $6,300–10,500 or $10,500–16,800. Prices are in USD, excluding taxes and agreed extras.
What is included in the free review?
Up to three public pages, a small search-result sample and three prioritized recommendations by email within three business days of receiving your URL and product description. It is available once per business for one English-language site targeting the US. No purchase is required.
Do we have to pay for an audit before a monthly plan?
No. Both monthly plans include the initial audit. A standalone audit suits teams that will implement the recommendations themselves. If you start a plan within 30 days of receiving a paid audit, its fee is credited against the first program invoice.
When should we expect SEO results?
The first 90 days cover diagnosis, implementation and measurement. The timing and scale of search improvements depend on the starting point, competition, approvals and search engine systems. We agree review milestones, but cannot guarantee a ranking or sales deadline.
Are links included in the price?
Growth includes 5–10 relevant outreach pitches per month from month two. Core includes an opportunity list. Neither promises a number of links or placements, and external publication fees are excluded.
Is content and development included?
Yes, within the page and technical-hour allowances shown above. Your proposal specifies the exact scope. New websites, migrations, complex integrations and extra production need separate agreement.
Does SEO include ChatGPT visibility tracking?
These plans focus on organic search performance. Repeated testing of AI answers and citation sources belongs to the GEO service. When the services are combined, overlapping content and technical work is scoped once.
Can our existing team do part of the work?
Yes. We can agree who handles writing, development and approvals, then quote our responsibilities explicitly. You receive the plan, evidence and change log rather than a closed reporting dashboard.

Is your website built with Next.js?
