Privacy Policy
Updated: August 2026
We respect privacy and collect the minimum. For statistics we use three tools: Vercel Web Analytics (cookieless), Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity. Where the law requires consent for analytics cookies, the latter two run only after you explicitly accept in the banner. There are no ad pixels and no cross-site profiling on this site. Below is what is processed, and why.
Who processes your data
The controller is Neaptide.ai (“we”). For any question about data processing, write to the email below.
Analytics and tracking
Vercel Web Analytics — private, aggregated visit statistics (page views, referrer, approximate country, device type). Sets no cookies and does not follow you across sites. Google Analytics 4 — visit and traffic-source statistics. Uses cookies (_ga and related); GA4 does not store full IP addresses. Processed by Google. Microsoft Clarity — click maps and recordings of page interaction (cursor movement, scrolling). Uses cookies; processed by Microsoft. We accept project inquiries by email. In jurisdictions where consent is required (notably the EU/EEA and the UK), Google Analytics and Clarity do not start until you accept in the banner; if you decline, they are not loaded at all. You can change your choice by clearing the site's data in your browser. Vercel Analytics is cookieless and requires no consent.
Cookies and local storage
We use technical cookies and local browser storage to run the site: • NEXT_LOCALE — remembers your interface language; • lang_banner_dismissed — remembers that you closed the language suggestion; • np-consent (localStorage) — remembers your choice in the consent banner. Analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_* from Google Analytics; _clck, _clsk from Clarity) appear only when analytics is active — in consent jurisdictions, only after you accept.
Contacting us by email
If you email us (including via the “Write” button, which opens your mail client), we receive your address and the contents of your message. We use them only to reply and discuss your project. The legal basis is your interest in our services and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.
Hosting and logs
The site is hosted with an external hosting provider. To deliver content and keep things secure, the provider may briefly process technical request data (IP address, browser type) in server logs. This is standard technical processing with no profiling.
Sharing with third parties
We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties for marketing. Data may only be processed by our technical providers: our email provider, and Vercel Inc. (USA), which hosts the site and provides aggregate, cookieless web analytics — solely to run the site and measure traffic, never for advertising. Hosting and analytics on Vercel may involve transfer to the USA under appropriate safeguards. When analytics is active, visit data is also processed by Google (Google Analytics 4) and Microsoft (Clarity) acting as our processors — for statistics only, never for advertising.
Retention
We keep email correspondence for as long as needed to communicate and deliver the project, then delete it — including on your request. Technical cookies last up to a year or until you remove them.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, its correction or deletion, and withdraw consent. You can clear cookies in your browser settings. To exercise your rights, email us.
Visitors from Russia (152-FZ)
Personal data is processed to the minimum extent and solely to reply to your enquiry. By sending us a message you consent to processing the data it contains for that purpose. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.
